On June 24, 2021, the "China Building Science Conference and Green Smart Building Expo (GIB)" grandly opened at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), and GS housing Group attended the exhibition as an exhibitor.

GS Housing Group brought its main product flat packed container house and the overall solution of the camp site to the exhibition hall S6 (Booth E01).

The smart laundry room launched by GS Housing was launched at the exhibition, which is a new attempt by GS Housing to build the entire industrial chain. The laundry room can be used alone or in a campsite. It provides smart services that can be washed and dried for hard-working construction workers to wash away the dust and sweat. Intimate design, not only supporting sinks and laundry detergent vending machines, but also placed a small bar on the right side, equipped with multiple electrical sockets, for people to take a rest and "charge" during the waiting time.
