Area: 60,000㎡,

GS Housing has the advanced supporting modular housing production lines, including automatic CNC flame cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, door type submerged arc welding machine, carbon dioxide shielded welding machine, high-power punch, cold-bending molding machine, CNC bending and shearing machine, etc. High quality operators are equipped in each machine, so the houses can achieved the full CNC production,that ensure the houses produced timely ,efficiently and accurately
TPM & 6S Used On Factories
The factory implements TPM management mode and utilizes the production related tools to find unreasonable points in each area of the site, analyze and improve the problems through group activities. Thereby improve the production efficiency and reduce process loss.
